Need help with your account, data export, deletion request, billing questions, or app issues?

Account requests

For account deletion and data export, use the in-app controls first. If you are locked out, email support and include the account email.

App Store account deletion compliance

  1. Open Delete Account in-app and confirm your account email.
  2. Enter current password, type DELETE, and submit.
  3. The app removes profile/account data and signs you out immediately.
  4. If locked out, email support@cyberbeats.app from the account email for manual deletion handling.
