1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CYBRBEATZ (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information.

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@cyberbeats.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3) Membership and Payments

The core CYBRBEATZ iOS app experience is free. The app may open the official CYBRBEATZ Shopify storefront so users can browse products and services offered on the web.

Storefront transactions and membership management are handled by Shopify and other third-party payment providers. Their terms and policies apply to those transactions.

Refunds, if any, are handled according to applicable law and platform/payment-processor rules.

4) Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Service. This includes attempts to break security, interfere with system integrity, scrape protected data, or impersonate others.

Do not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful conduct.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5) User Content

You retain ownership of content you provide (profile text, images, and related submissions).

You grant CYBRBEATZ a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.

6) Events and Community Conduct

Event details may change (time, location, access requirements). You are responsible for verifying final details before travel.

Unsafe, illegal, or threatening behavior at events or in community spaces is prohibited.

CYBRBEATZ may remove access for users who create safety or legal risks.

7) Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.

In-app account export and deletion controls are available. You may also contact support for account-data requests.

8) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and can request account deletion in-app.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, or security abuse.

Sections that by nature should survive termination (e.g., liability limitations, dispute terms) will survive.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYBRBEATZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Where allowed, total liability is limited to amounts you paid to CYBRBEATZ for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11) Changes to Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms over time.

When we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example in-app).

Continuing to use the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
